To deliveroptimumlevels of performance and ability.Set budgets in conjunction with available resources and form action plans to ensure success and sufficient communication across the Team. Provideaccurateandtimelymanagement information, including flash and cashflow forecasts and debtor informationin order toprovide the Operational Director with reports and evaluation whenrequired.Provide, measure, and review key performance information with your team and through effective management ensure maximum add on sales are made and that all profit opportunities are optimised and to exceed customer expectations by understanding their needs.Ensure 100% positive customer experience, secure well-presented relevant and merchantable vehicles and ensure that all stock management disciplines are in place. All vehicles offered for demonstration and sale must meet the preparation standards laid down by the Group and manufacturer.
