Newly Qualified Architect
Location: London
Salary: £30-36,000 (DOE)
A design-driven, creative architectural practice based in London is looking for a talented Newly Qualified Architect to join its growing team. The studio is known for delivering thoughtful, well-crafted design solutions across residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, guiding them from initial concept through planning and completion. The practice values design excellence, technical expertise, and professional development, providing a collaborative and supportive environment for its team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and contribute to architectural design work across RIBA Stages 2-4, from concept through technical design.
Produce high-quality architectural drawings, presentations, and design documentation.
Prepare planning applications, feasibility studies, and design reports.
Coordinate with internal project teams and external consultants throughout all project stages.
Assist in project delivery, including detailing, specifications, and client communication.
Ensure designs are technically accurate, comply with regulations, and maintain high design standards.Candidate Profile
ARB-registered architect or RIBA Part III qualified.
Strong design ability with clear conceptual thinking and excellent visual communication skills.
Proficient in Revit; knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Solid understanding of UK planning processes, building regulations, and construction detailing.
Collaborative team player with excellent organisational and communication skills.What's on Offer
