If you're based in or around Ashford, Norwich or Ipswich and are available for 1637.5 hours per week, wed love to hear from you.What we need from you:Currently or recently (within 6 weeks) working as a Tier Two NHS 111 Health AdvisorLive within a 1.5-hour commute from our contact centre.A quiet, private home workspaceWillingness to attend our Ashford site if homeworking arrangements changeAvailable for on-site training on your first day and occasionally if neededSuitable internet connection (minimum requirement - 20+ Mbps download / 4+ Mbps uploadAs this is a hybrid role, colleagues will be responsible for their own travel expenses when attending their assigned office.Who are we?We are Integrated Care 24 (IC24), the leading not-for-profit Social Enterprise providing innovative and patient-focused primary care services.IC24 is committed to improving access to health and social care for our patients and reducing the demand on secondary care services.IC24 provides services to over 6 million patients, including GP led out-of-hours services, NHS 111, primary care and secondary care support services.Working HoursAll Health Advisors must be able to work at least 50% of weekends.Full-Time OptionsYoull work a mix of early and late shifts, starting from 7am or 8am and finishing as late as 10pm.If preferred, you can choose to work only late shifts or night shifts (typically 10pm to 6am).Weekend shifts are required every other weekend, but you can opt to work more if youd like.Part-Time OptionsPart-time roles mainly focus on evening and weekend shifts, but a mix of early and evening shifts may be offered.Weekday shifts are between 4-6-hours, either early between 6am-12noon or late between 4pm-10pm and longer shifts on the weekends.Weekend-only roles are also available, and additional hours may be offered during busy periodsWhats in it for you?Salaries start from £24929.44 per annum for daytime rotas, pro rataEnhancements paid between 20:00 and 06:00 hours and for all hours on weekends, with further enhancements on bank holidaysAccess to Blue Light Card and other NHS Discount SchemesAdvanced maternity, paternity and adoption leave after 1 years serviceOpportunity to join the NHS Pension SchemeAdditional annual leave based on length of serviceFree 24/7 independent counselling serviceA volunteer dayEmployee Assistance ProgrammeTraining Applicants must be available to start training in June or July.
