Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the required standards during night shifts. Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and well-organised in line with hygiene regulations. Monitor stock, control waste, and store ingredients correctly. Coordinate with colleagues and provide a smooth handover to the morning team.
