Top notch, polished, and proactive Night Concierge needed to oversee the nightly operations of this prestigious flagship development in Canada Water. As the face of this high-end development, you will deliver an exceptional and seamless concierge service. This includes creating a welcoming environment, fostering personalised relationships with residents, and maintaining the highest standards of service to complement the luxury lifestyle expected by the clientele. Duties will include meeting and greeting all residents and visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner, ensuring all inquiries and questions are responded to promptly, receiving and managing all residents’ deliveries, ensuring accuracy in reporting and appropriate notifications are sent out, key handling, conducting regular security patrols of the residential areas as required, monitoring CCTV, ensuring that all health and safety issues are highlighted to the appropriate person and dealt with efficiently, managing resident move-in bookings and requirements for amenity spaces, and conducting comprehensive and informative handovers with colleagues to ensure a seamless service transition. The successful candidate will have significant experience gained within a similar 5* environment, previous experience of delivering excellent customer service, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a good understanding of Health and Safety processes
