Night Concierge - £32,000 | Chelsea, SW London | 7pm-7am (4 on / 4 off or similar rota) We're recruiting for a Night Concierge to join a prestigious, high-end residential development in the heart of Chelsea, South West London. This luxury scheme comprises approximately 200 premium apartments. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a professional, resident-focused setting within one of London's most desirable neighbourhoods.
What You'll Do
Deliver a five-star front-of-house concierge service, acting as a brand ambassador for this prestigious development.
Provide a welcoming, professional presence throughout the night shift.
Monitor building access, security, and safety systems to ensure residents' wellbeing.
Respond to residents' requests, enquiries, and any issues promptly and courteously.
Handle calls, emails, parcels, and general night operations efficiently.
Support the smooth running of the development and maintain high presentation standards.
Who You Are
Experience in residential concierge, front-of-house, hospitality, or hotel environments.
Background in residential developments preferred.
Security or SIA experience beneficial but not essential.
Professional, calm, and customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
Reliable and confident working independently on night shifts.
