The Role: \n Audley retirement villages are set in unique locations where our village owners can retire in a peaceful and \n lavish setting. Audley villages comprises of owners, who permanently reside on site within their own private \n homes and who pay a management fee for the upkeep of their properties and access to services on site. Flete \n House accommodates a modest number of Owner/Residents with each apartment having a different \n configuration within the building. \n \n Reporting into the Residential Manager, you would be responsible for delivering friendly and efficient customer \n service and create a secure, warm and welcoming environment for all our owners and assist with administrative \n and operational support throughout the village when required. \n You will be responsible for the upkeeping of the communal areas, performing simple repairs and performing \n security checks. \n \n Role Purpose: \n Our owners’ quality of life and care depend upon the safety and high standard of the facilities we provide, as \n well as the facilities within their home.
