Job Title: Night Receptionist Location: Kinross, UK Job Type: Full-Time, 4 on 4 Off Job Summary: Green Hotel a Member of Radisson Individuals is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Night Receptionist to join our team. As a Night Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in/check-out process during the night shift as well as running the night audit and other account related tasks. Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests, providing a warm and friendly reception Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized Check-in and check-out guests, handling room assignments, and providing keys Process guest payments, handle refunds, and manage cash handling Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about hotel services and local area Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest information, room assignments, and payments Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery Perform night audits, reconcile accounts, and prepare daily reports Requirements: 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic knowledge of hotel operations and procedures Proficient in using hotel management software and other relevant systems Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Benefits: Meals are provided while on duty Team Parking Pension Scheme Employee discount on food & Beverages (excluding Alcohol) at 50% Employee discount on overnight stays at the Green as well as within the group Team engagement days Complementary golf using our on-site facilities.
