About the Role As Night Manager, youll be the key point of contact for our guests during the overnight hoursdelivering exceptional service, ensuring security, and supporting the seamless operation of the hotel. Whether its greeting late arrivals, setting up early morning meetings, or responding to guest needs with professionalism and warmth, youll play a critical role in creating a welcoming and safe environment, 24/7. What Youll Be Doing Providing a warm, personalised welcome to all late-night and early morning guests

Maintaining a secure environment throughout the hotel, with regular floor checks

Overseeing and completing administrative and reporting duties

Setting up meeting rooms and private dining spaces to agreed specifications

Managing late check-ins, early check-outs, and wake-up calls

Handling guest requests, feedback and occasional complaints with care and efficiency

Promoting and delivering room service, including night menu and drinks

Ensuring the hotel is clean, tidy and show-round ready each morning

Liaising closely with all departments to maintain 24-hour continuity of service

Supporting the Front Office and ensuring accurate handovers to day staff

What Were Looking For A confident communicator with a calm and professional manner

Previous experience in a hospitality or hotel front office role (preferred)

Someone who is organised, responsible and committed to high standards

A proactive problem-solver with a guest-first mindset

Comfortable working nights, weekends, and bank holidays on a rotating schedule

Knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera (advantageous)
