Job introduction Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nursing care to our residents. Develop and implement personalised care plans. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Provide support and guidance to junior staff. Maintain accurate and detailed records of care. Ideal Candidate Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin. With a minimum of two years experience in a nursing home Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A genuine passion for caring for others.
