Night Shift Baker/ Bakery Manager | Surbiton | Full Time | 45 hours per week over 5 days, with shifts between 5:00 pm and 5:00 am | Starting salary £35,000 - £40,000 per annum Our client is a traditional FRENCH bakery, working with their hands, hearts and passion, using only high quality ingredients. They are looking for a Night Shift Bakery Manager with experience in managing a whole team; most importantly, trained in the artisan way of baking breads and pastries. Are you the right person for the job? Proven experience as a baker and manager in an artisan bakery environment Experience managing a bakery team or leading shift operations Strong organisational and time management skills Leadership skills A good understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations What will your role look like? Lead, manage, and support the night shift team Oversee production of artisan breads and pastries to meet daily requirements Ensure the team adheres to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations Manage stock levels and liaise with suppliers as needed What can you expect in return?
