Are you a tenacious and motivating manager, with expereince leading large, diverse teams in a fast-paced energetic environment, looking for a new challenge?

I am looking for a Night Shift Operations Manager to join an excellent FMCG business.

Knowledge of both Warehouse and Transport operations would be a distinct advantage.

I am recruiting for a busy Night Shift, so you must be flexible to work across varying shift patterns.

Leading and motivating teams of up to 30 - 100 people, you will ensure productivity is on target, track KPI's, adhere to and moitor Health and Safety, among other tasks.

Salary up to £55k depending on expereince, plus bonus and other great benefits
