The Person:
Previous supervisory experience, ideally in a night shift environment
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to thrive under pressure
Passion for excellent customer service
Proficient with Microsoft Office
The Role:
To be totally customer focused by consistently delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach.
Supervise night staff and delegate duties to ensure smooth operations
Conduct regular checks of the premises to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance
Respond promptly and professionally to customer or guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints
