About the Role As a Class 1 Driver, you'll play a key role in the smooth, efficient movement of palletised freight across our network. Your responsibilities will include: Operating a curtain-side trailer to trunk palletised goods from our Shepton Mallet depot to pallet-network hubs in the West Midlands, before reloading back to Shepton Mallet. Providing internal trunking support where required, including accurately verifying freight against the manifest at each depot stop. Taking advantage of opportunities to gain additional certifications, including LST (Longer Semi-Trailer) and ADR during your employment.
