If youre passionate about motivating teams, optimizing processes, and delivering exceptional service, we want you!Location:InPost 6 Abbotswell Road, Aberdeen, AB12 3ABShift Pattern:TUESDAY - SATURDAYHours:00.00am - 08.30amSalary:£34,000 - £38,000p/a (depending upon experience)What youll be doing:Lead with Passion:Manage and motivate your team to ensure productivity targets are met and customer deadlines are achieved.Forecast and Plan:Assist in the planning and forecasting of staff requirements, including rota management and annual leave planning to ensure were always fully staffed and ready to go.Optimize Operations:Ensure the Newstrade team productivity targets are achieved, maintaining quality standards at all times.Ensure Smooth Handover:Provide a comprehensive hand-over report to the oncoming Shift Manager to maintain seamless operations.Create a Winning Team Culture:Ensure all new staff receive a thorough induction, and provide continuous training to both staff and contractors, enabling them to perform their roles effectively, efficiently, and safely.Champion Safety:Make sure that all staff have completed the necessary Health & Safety training, ensuring a safe work environment for everyone.What we need from you:Were looking for people who are ready for a fast paced environment, get their kicks out of problem solving and can balance getting today's stuff done, whilst building for the future.
