As a Senior Care Assistant, you will have a high level of responsibility which will include managing and administering medication, reviewing and updating resident care plans, as well as mentoring less experienced staff, whilst leading by example as an integral part of the Care Team. This is a busy role where the highest level of care must be delivered to ensure our residents needs are met. Key Responsibilities: -To provide the highest level of personal care and attention to residents, following individual care plans carefully and ensuring that all contact is polite, friendly, warm and supportive.
