We are seeking an experienced recruiter to lead and grow our NPD & Technical offering within our thriving Operations team.

This is a high-profile opportunity to shape and develop a key area of our business, working with an established client base while driving new business and expanding the practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and grow the NPD & Technical recruitment desk
• Develop and execute a clear strategy to expand TalentPool’s presence in this space
• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients while winning new business
• Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality recruitment solutions
• Source and place talent across NPD, R&D, technical, and broader operations roles
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates alike
• Drive revenue growth and contribute to overall team performance

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in NPD & Technical recruitment is advantageous, but not essential - broader experience across Operations & Supply Chain recruitment will also be strongly considered
• Proven track record in business development and desk growth
• Ability to build deep, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders
• Commercial mindset with a results-driven approach
• Credibility, gravitas, and the ability to operate as a trusted partner
