About the Role We're looking for an NPD Technologist to support the delivery of exciting bakery innovations at Gunstone's Bakery. You'll help move products from concept to customer, supporting trials, samples, benchmarking and key development activity. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone who loves food, detail and teamwork. Key Responsibilities Plan and manage ingredients, packaging and time to deliver concept samples to quality and deadline Coordinate day-to-day activity within the development kitchen, prioritising NPD and EPD workload Source raw materials and packaging, working with Procurement and Technical teams Produce accurate product information, costings and development paperwork Raise POs, book couriers and manage trackers for outgoing samples Prepare customer review documentation including ingredients, allergen, nutrition and packaging details Run benchmarking sessions, shelf-life panels and maintain competitor insight Support trials, launches and key milestones to keep projects on track About You You're a creative "foodie" with strong organisation skills and great attention to detail. You enjoy juggling multiple tasks, working collaboratively and bringing ideas to life. You're confident working with data and systems, proactive in your approach and always focused on delivering products that delight customers and perform commercially.
