Why We Need You!
We’re advancing the hardware products in our security space and looking to improve our business model to better align to today’s economic climate. This role will play a key part in driving execution of the effort and manage ongoing business continuity for the product line.
What You Will Be Doing
- Cross-functionally lead a New Product Introduction effort in our Hardware Operations space to launch our next generation security products
- Collaborate with our OEM manufacturing vendors and Ivanti engineering team to manage product security, sustainability and profitability
- Collaborate with our Ivanti IT organization on B2B interface projects to improve operability of process
- Analyze product performance to improve sustainable quality measures
- Work with Hardware Operations Team support business continuity and fulfilment
To Be Successful in The Role, You Will Have
- Required: 10 years proven experience in enterprise hardware product engineering specifically related to new product introduction and sustainability
- Required: Strong skills in developing and executing deployment plans leveraging experience in BOM management, process documentation, and KPI improvement measures
- Required: Experience in peripheral qualification and testing processes for ongoing product sustainability
- Required: Experience interfacing with product engineering and OEM vendor management in a collaborative way to ensure product roadmap milestones are met
- Required: Ability to thrive in a remote based, global company building profitable and collaborative partnerships across multiple departments
- Experience with global manufacturing copy exact principles
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering discipline
- Bonus: Experience with Six Sigma methodology
