Overview

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Solicitor with up to 3 years’ PQE to join a growing Personal Injury team. This role offers exposure across a broad spectrum of personal injury work — from straightforward claims to complex and high-value matters — with hands-on experience and close supervision by experienced partners. It is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a long-term career in personal injury law.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a developing caseload of personal injury claims, including:
  • Road Traffic Accidents (RTA)
  • Employer’s Liability & Public Liability (EL/PL)
  • Clinical Negligence
  • Assist senior colleagues with more complex and high-value cases.
  • Conduct legal research; draft pleadings, witness statements, correspondence and other court documents.
  • Liaise with clients, medical experts, counsel, insurers, and other relevant parties.
  • Ensure compliance with court deadlines, procedural rules, and internal risk protocols.
  • Maintain high standards of client care and communication throughout the claims process.



Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified Solicitor, with 0–3 years PQE in England & Wales.
  • Demonstrable experience (or interest) in a range of personal injury matters — ideally including clinical negligence, RTA and EL/PL claims.
  • Strong drafting skills, analytical ability, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and client-handling abilities.
  • Proactive, well organised, and able to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Genuine interest in developing a long-term career specialising in personal injury law.
