Property Litigation Associate (NQ – 5 PQE) | Flexible & Hands-On Role | London / Remote Are you a property litigation lawyer seeking more than just a traditional firm experience? A highly respected London-based property litigation team is looking for an associate (NQ – 5 PQE) to join them and work directly with a partner on high-value cases. This is a rare opportunity to gain significant exposure, take ownership of work, and develop your skills in a supportive, flexible environment. What the role involves:
Supporting a partner with a high workload, including six ongoing High Court cases. Working on a range of property litigation matters, from contentious lease disputes to complex landlord‑tenant issues. Direct client interaction and decision‑making responsibility, not just delegated tasks. Collaborating with an experienced team of property litigators—the second largest presence in the UK outside of CMS.
