PART TIME HOUS AVAILABLE, 3 OR 4 DAYS A WEEK, full time during Training.

Salary: £37,500 rising to £39,500 + 5% Approval Bonus + 10% ongoing bonus once approved
Contract: Full-Time and Part time

What we offer:

5% bonus upon DWP approval
10% bonus available quarterly, based on quality of reports

What youll do:
Conduct face-to-face and/or virtual assessments of individuals daily activities
Prepare detailed, evidence-based reports for decision-making
Work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure high standards of service delivery
Requirements:
Registered Nurse, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, or Paramedic
Current professional registration (NMC/HCPC)
Strong communication and analytical skills
