Are you a registered mental health nurse? Do you have clinical experience working in mental health? If you’re looking for a role with variety and learning opportunities, this could be an excellent option for you.

You’ll use your mental health clinical and case management skills to provide high quality support on mental health cases referred to AXA Health’s Mental Health team. You’ll work closely members, their families, clinicians, and hospitals to get the best care for our members, whilst helping the member to receive effective treatment in line with their policy cover and benefits.

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at either our Tunbridge Wells, Bristol or Glasgow offices. Typical working hours Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm. You’ll travel every 2 – 3 months for team meetings.

What you’ll bring:

As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.

This position has been defined as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime which means that in addition to pre-employment screening checks, the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.
