Job Location Wirral (CH43) Department Early Years Reporting Relationship To be confirmed upon offer Job Summary We are looking for a Level 3 qualified Nursery Assistant to provide high-quality care and education to young children in a nurturing and stimulating environment. Key Responsibilities Activity Planning: Planning and implementing engaging, age-appropriate activities that align with the EYFS framework. Child Development: Supporting children's individual learning journeys and tracking their developmental milestones. Safety and Well being: Maintaining a safe, clean, and positive classroom atmosphere while ensuring all safeguarding procedures are followed. Observations: Carrying out regular observations and maintaining accurate records of children's progress. Team Collaboration: Working effectively as part of a team to ensure the smooth daily running of the setting. Parental Engagement: Communicating effectively with parents and carers regarding their child's daily activities and progress.
