Responsibilities
Assist in the daily care and supervision of children in the nursery setting.
Support the planning and implementation of engaging educational activities that promote learning through play.
Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised environment for children to explore and learn.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the nursery.
Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance childcare skills.
Requirements
Previous experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is preferred.
A background in early childhood education or related field is advantageous.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage groups of children effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
A genuine passion for childcare and supporting children's development.
Ability to work as part of a team while also being able to take initiative when required.
