Collaborate with parents/carers of children with special needs to ensure full integration. Support all staff and foster a positive team environment. Adhere to all company policies and procedures to uphold standards. Safeguard children by adhering to the company's safeguarding code of conduct. Liaise with and support parents/carers and other family members. Participate in out-of-hours activities, such as training and staff meetings.
