Nursery Deputy Manager About our Clients Our client, a well-established day nursery in central Godalming are seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Deputy Manager to join their leadership team, supporting the day to day running of the setting alongside the Nursery Manager. Working a 40 hr week, salary is c£35k depending on experience. What are Clients are looking for Essential for the Nursery Deputy Manager Role * A minimum Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant) * A minimum 3 years’ experience leading or supporting a team in a nursery or early years setting. * Has experience of being in a management role, supporting the nursery in the absence of the Manager * Strong knowledge of EYFS, Ofsted requirements, and safeguarding practices * Support and supervise staff while delivering high-quality care and education across the nursery setting. * Ensure compliance with policies and procedures within the setting * Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff in the nursery setting Ideal Nursery Deputy Manager Candidate * Passionate about early years education and children’s development within a nursery setting * Confident leader, able to motivate and support staff and contribute to the management team * Proactive, flexible, and committed to maintaining high standards across the setting * Promotes best practice, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment in the nursery supporting the team on a daily basis Apply today to join a nursery setting as Nursery Deputy Manager and make a real difference in children’s early years!
