The role is a mix of room-based and supernumerary time, supporting the Nursery Manager to ensure the smooth running of the nursery, leading staff, and maintaining high-quality care and education for all children. What You'll Be Doing: Supporting the Nursery Manager in day-to-day operations, including rotas, staffing, and health & safety. Acting as Designated Safeguarding Lead.
