Nursery Cover Staff - Day-to-Day

We are seeking dedicated Nursery Cover Staff to join our dynamic team on a day-to-day basis. This role is perfect for a flexible and passionate individual with a Level 3 Early Years qualification, looking to contribute positively to the lives of young children in a vibrant nursery setting.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Provide nurturing and educational support to children across various age groups within the nursery.
• Step into various roles within the nursery as needed, ensuring a seamless transition and continuity of care.
• Engage children in activities that promote their learning, development, and well-being.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and inviting environment for all children.
• Collaborate with permanent staff to implement daily routines and activities.
• Adapt quickly to different classroom settings and children’s needs, providing high-quality care and supervision.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Must hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Proven experience in a nursery or early years setting.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and its application in a nursery environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing environments.
• This position is not open to overseas candidates.
