‍ What You’ll Do:

✨ Lead and develop the nursery day-to-day
✨ Create an innovative, fun, and engaging curriculum
✨ Mentor and support your team to reach their potential
✨ Ensure full compliance with EYFS & Ofsted standards
✨ Build strong relationships with parents and the local community

✅ About You:

Level 3+ Childcare qualification (EYE, NVQ, CACHE, NNEB or equivalent)
18+ months nursery management experience
Forward-thinking, creative, and full of energy
Strong knowledge of EYFS & Ofsted requirements
Natural leader and motivator with excellent communication skills
