Nursery Manager – Busy Bees Cheadle Hulme (Good Ofsted Rating)
Leading UK Nursery Group Busy Bees, is looking for an enthusiastic Nursery Manager to inspire our team and create exceptional learning experiences for children. If you hold a Level 3 childcare qualification and have at least two years of leadership experience in an early years setting, we’d love to hear from you.

- Ensure high‑quality EYFS practice and continuous improvement
- Maintain full compliance and a safe learning environment
- Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively
- Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and the community
- Support staff development and promote best practic
About You
- Level 3 childcare qualification (NNEB, BTEC, CACHE, NVQ)
- Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Manager
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Passionate about delivering high‑quality early years education
