Nursery Manager

ACR Recruitment & Training LTD are looking for a passionate and motivated Nursery Manager with a minimum of Level 3 qualification in Childcare and substantial experience in managing busy nursery settings to work with a client based in Coventry. Candidates applying for this position should be available Monday to Friday.

Nursery Manager Qualification:

Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (essential)
Proven experience in Nursery Management (essential)
Knowledge of EYFS and OFSTED standards
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead and manage nurseries ensuring high-quality childcare and a safe, stimulating environment for children.
Ensuring all aspects of the key persons role are maintained.
Oversee staff, provide training, and ensure the professional development of the nursery team.
Foster strong relationships with parents, staff, and external professionals, ensuring individual children’s needs are met.
To ensure all policies and procedures are followed at all times.
