Busy Bees is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Nursery Manager (Maternity Cover) to lead our wonderful team in Newcastle Jesmond. If youre passionate about delivering exceptional early years education, have a Level 3 childcare qualification, and bring at least two years of leadership experience in an early years setting, wed love to hear from you.

• Lead & Inspire Motivate your team to deliver outstanding childcare and education.
• Quality Improvement Drive continuous improvement across EYFS delivery and operational processes.
• Compliance & Safeguarding Maintain a safe, secure, and fully compliant environment.
• Financial Management Oversee budgets, staffing, and resources effectively.

?? Qualifications & Experience

• NNEB, BTEC National Diploma, CACHE Diploma in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3 (or above)
• Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• A solid understanding of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements
