Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and manage the nursery team

Ensure high-quality care and education in line with EYFS and Ofsted standards

Oversee safeguarding, health & safety, and compliance

Manage staff performance, rotas, recruitment, and training

Build strong relationships with parents and external professionals

Support occupancy levels and day-to-day nursery operations

Essential Requirements Level 3 Childcare qualification or above (essential)

Minimum 2 years experience working in a childcare / early years setting

Minimum 2 years experience in a managerial or leadership role (Manager or Deputy Manager level)

Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
