We are seeking an ambitious and inspiring Nursery Manager to lead a thriving early year setting in the North Yorkshire area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate leader who is committed to delivering exceptional childcare and fostering a nurturing, high‑quality learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and inspire a team of early years practitioners, fostering a warm, supportive, and high‑quality learning environment.
* Ensure the effective daily management of the nursery, maintaining exceptional standards of care, safeguarding, and early education.
* Develop and deliver engaging, age‑appropriate activities that promote children's learning, development, and well‑being in line with the EYFS framework.
* Build strong relationships with children, families, and staff, ensuring clear communication and a positive, inclusive nursery culture.
* Oversee planning, staff development, and continuous improvement to maintain excellence across the setting.
Requirements:
* Level 3 Early Years qualification or above (Level 5/6 desirable).
* Proven experience in a nursery leadership or senior practitioner role.
* Strong understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding, and best practice in early years education.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and people‑management skills.
* A passion for delivering high‑quality childcare and inspiring both children and staff.
* Ability to lead effectively, make sound decisions, and maintain a positive, nurturing environment.
