Nursery Nurse - Busy Children's Nursery (Walton-on-Thames)

Full-time, 40 hours per week

Salary: £30,804 per annum

Level 3

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and committed Nursery Nurse to join our busy and welcoming children's nursery in Walton-on-Thames. If you are passionate about early years education and dedicated to providing high-quality care, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding childcare and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for all children
Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Support children's learning through a blend of structured and play-based activities
Maintain accurate records, observations, and assessments
Ensure health and safety standards are met at all times
Follow safeguarding policies and procedures diligently

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

A full and relevant Early Years qualification
Strong understanding and practical knowledge of the EYFS
Awareness of the Ofsted inspection framework
Experience working effectively within a team
Customer service experience
Good knowledge of health and safety practices
Understanding of equal opportunities legislation
Up-to-date safeguarding training
Paediatric First Aid qualification
A satisfactory DBS check
