What You’ll Need Essential: A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare Extensive knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (if applying for a qualified role). A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated with best practices in early years education A positive, can-do attitude towards problem solving.
