Reflections Nursery & Forest School in Worthing is recruiting for a full-time Outdoor Educator (Level 3 qualified or above) to join our team of highly skilled educators. You will be responsible for supporting Beach School programme as well as our Outdoor Education back at the Nursery. You will be an experienced Early Years educator with a minimum qualification of Level 3 and with an ideal track record of supporting outdoor learning. Are you . _Good at listening to children s ideas?_ _Extremely safe and vigilant whilst also supporting children in managing their own risks?_ _A lover of the outdoors and varying weathers?_ _Interested in supporting children s big questions and concepts and facilitating their thinking around these?_ We want to hear from you! Applicants must hold a full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification according to the DfE qualification checker. The position will involve working across all age groups in the nursery, working 40 hours per week.
