About our Nursery 
Busy Bees Leicester Bitteswell, rated "Good" by Ofsted, is a vibrant nursery located in Lutterworth, approximately a 30-minute drive from central Leicester. Catering to children from babies to pre-schoolers, the nursery is filled with exciting activities and resources designed to foster development and engagement. Conveniently situated near the borders of Warwickshire and Northamptonshire, Busy Bees Bitteswell is accessible from various areas and offers free parking. Additionally, the nursery features a quiet and relaxing yoga room specifically for the Foundation Class, providing a calming environment for children to enjoy.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person, fostering b partnerships with children and their families.
• Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
