About our Nursery
Busy Bees London Mottingham, rated Good by Ofsted, accommodates 69 children and is an ideal choice for parents seeking childcare in Mottingham or a Bromley day nursery. Our caring nursery team is dedicated to providing the very best for each child in our care, offering unwavering support and attention throughout the day. Conveniently located within a five-minute walk from Mottingham station, we provide complimentary lunches for our children and free parking for staff. There is much to love about our nursery, from the fantastic outdoor area filled with bikes, building blocks, and obstacle courses to the arts and crafts, role play, and reading corners. We take great pride in the outdoor space we offer, encouraging all children to explore and play outside as much as possible when the weather permits, fostering a love for nature and active play.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
- Take on the role of Key Person, fostering b partnerships with children and their families.
- Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
- Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
- Experience working with children under 5.
- Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
