About our Nursery Busy Bees Woking Knaphill, rated Good by Ofsted, accommodates 130 children and features a dedicated staff team with long-standing experience who are nurturing and caring towards each child. Role Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development. Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment. Take on the role of Key Person, fostering b partnerships with children and their families. Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments. Required Qualifications: What We’re Looking For: Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare. Experience working with children under 5. Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
