We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner Level 3 to join our friendly, family-run Nursery in Barnet. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional passionate about supporting children's learning and development in a nurturing, child-centred environment.
Key Requirements for this Nursery Practitioner Level 3 role:
Applicants must hold a CACHE Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification in Early Years/Childcare. We are only considering candidates with proven qualifications and experience in nursery settings.
About this Nursery Practitioner Level 3 Role
As an Nursery Practitioner Level 3, you will be responsible for:
Creating a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment where children can thrive
Planning and delivering engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
Observing, assessing, and recording each child's development and progress
Acting as a key person for a group of children, building strong relationships with families
Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of care and education
Ensuring safeguarding, health & safety, and welfare procedures are upheld at all times
