?? Join Our Amazing Nursery Team in Shirley! ?? We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Nursery Practitioner to join our vibrant Shirley nursery! ?? Competitive Salary – Up to £29,120 per year! Depending on your qualifications and experience, you could earn up to £29,120 per annum. We offer full-time positions at 40 hours per week, with flexible working options: ?? 4 days a week with one full day off (7:30am – 6:15pm) ?? Or 5 days with varied shift patterns

?? What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a Nursery Practitioner or similar role
• Level 2/3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Childcare
• A solid grasp of the EYFS and Statutory Framework
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Confidence to use your own initiative
• A genuine passion for early years education, shown in every interaction

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• At least 1 years’ experience in a Nursery Practitioner role or equivalent
• Level 2/3 or above qualification in Early Years childcare
• Excellent knowledge & understanding of the EYFS & Statutory framework
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to use your own initiative
• Your passion to be shown in your day-to-day interaction with children
