Nursery Practitioner

Academics are currently recruiting for a Level 2 qualified Nursery Practitioner to join friendly, supportive, and well-established nursery teams within welcoming early years settings across East Kent.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children aged birth to five who enjoys working as part of a collaborative team and making a positive impact each day as a Nursery Practitioner across East Kent.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

• Provide high-quality care and support learning in line with the EYFS framework
• Help create a stimulating, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
• Support observations and contribute to children's developmental progress
• Assist with daily routines and activities across nursery settings
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues within supportive nursery environments across Kent

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Hold a recognised Level 2 Early Years qualification
• Have recent experience working within a nursery or similar early years setting
• Demonstrate a good understanding of the EYFS framework
• Be enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to supporting children's development
• Be a positive and supportive team member
