Planning and leading fun, age-appropriate activities in line with EYFS
Ensuring the environment is safe, inclusive, and stimulating
Building strong, professional relationships with children, families, and staff
Maintaining high standards of safeguarding and health & safety
What Were Looking For: A Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (e.g., CACHE, NVQ)
A valid Paediatric First Aid certificate (or willingness to complete one)
A good understanding of the EYFS framework and early years best practice
A proactive, nurturing, and enthusiastic attitude
An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
