You’ll be part of a supportive team who are passionate about creating a safe and inspiring environment where children can thrive.(Responsibilities aligned with typical Level 2/3 nursery practitioner duties at The Grange Montessori Nursery/Old Station Nursery) Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Create a nurturing, joyful atmosphere where children feel safe, happy, and ready to explore. Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities that support learning through fun and creativity. Support children’s social, emotional, and physical development, following the EYFS framework. Observe, record, and celebrate children’s developmental milestones, sharing progress with families. Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Help maintain a clean, safe, and organised environment, ensuring high standards of hygiene and safety at all times. Set up and support indoor and outdoor learning spaces, encouraging exploration and confidence. Adapt activities to meet individual needs, ensuring every child feels included and supported.
