Role Responsibilities: Ideal Candidate: Level 3 qualification or above in early years education. Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience an advantage ideally as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager or Nursery Practitioner. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. Passionate about fostering children’s development and creating positive relationships with families Required Qualifications: Key Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculum in your room. Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children. Foster a high-performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration. Oversee the development and wellbeing of children, ensuring their progress is tracked and communicated with parents.
