Your Impact

As a member of our Nursery Support team, you are the backbone of the classroom. You'll provide vital assistance to senior practitioners and ensure that every child feels safe, heard, and encouraged.

What you'll be doing:

• Creating Magic: Setting up engaging play areas and sensory activities.
• Providing Care: Assisting with personal care, snack times, and nap routines.
• Maintaining Safety: Ensuring the nursery remains a clean, tidy, and secure environment.
• Building Connections: Being a friendly, reliable face for children during their most formative years.

Requirements

To maintain the high standards of our partner nurseries, we require:

• UK Experience: You must have previous experience working in a UK-based nursery or early years setting.
• Adaptability: The ability to jump into new environments and follow nursery policies with ease.
• Communication: Strong spoken English to interact effectively with children and staff.
• Compliance: An enhanced DBS on the update service (or a willingness to process a new one).
