Are you a passionate Nursery teacher who believes in creating a joyful, nurturing start to a child's education? A welcoming primary setting in Plumstead is seeking a dedicated Nursery Teacher to join their team from April on a fixed-term contract.

About the Role

You'll create a stimulating, language-rich environment where children feel safe, valued and inspired to explore.
Planning and delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences
Supporting children's social, emotional and academic development
Observing, assessing and tracking progress in line with EYFS expectations
Building strong relationships with parents and carers
Working collaboratively with support staff and colleagues

We're Looking for Someone Who:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Has a recognised Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher qualification
Holds GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above) - Science at GCSE level is desirable
Has a secure understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
Demonstrates strong knowledge of early child development and effective early years practiceApplications are welcome from experienced Early Years teachers and those with relevant Foundation Stage experience who are committed to high-quality early education.
