About the Role:

As a Nursery Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the learning and development of children aged 2–5. You’ll work closely with the class teacher and wider team to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience working with children in a nursery or early years setting.

Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is essential.

A caring, patient, and proactive approach to supporting individual learning needs.

A relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging activities tailored to individual needs.
